Refund Policy
Current Status
ETH Core AI is currently in early access and no paid subscriptions are active. This refund policy applies when paid plans become available.
General Refund Policy
Due to the digital and informational nature of ETH Core AI, all purchases are generally non-refundable once access to the Service has been granted and used.
Exceptions
We may consider refund requests in the following limited circumstances:
- The Service experienced significant downtime (more than 72 continuous hours) within your first billing period.
- A technical error resulted in a duplicate charge for the same subscription period.
- You were charged after a confirmed cancellation.
What Refunds Do Not Cover
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Trading losses or poor trading outcomes — ETH Core AI is a decision support tool, not a profit guarantee.
- Dissatisfaction with signal accuracy or direction — markets are inherently unpredictable.
- Partial use of a subscription period.
- Changes in personal financial situation.
- Failure to read or understand the Risk Disclaimer before subscribing.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund (when paid plans are active), contact us at ethcoreai.com with your account email, the date of charge, and the reason for your request. Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not issue a refund for the current billing period unless an eligible exception applies.
Early Access
Early access is currently free and no payment is processed. There is nothing to refund at this stage.
